First: LawsuitSection:

We have experiences in domestic and foreign lawsuits in all courts of the Kingdom and abroad before the public courts, commercial, criminal, legitimacy, labor, administrative courts and all judicial and quasi-judicial committees, as we provided litigation services before all courts and committees of all kinds and degrees with excellence, efficiency and professionalism:

General Judiciary:

Cases against non-Saudis:

  • Personal status, financial, or obligations issues that are originated in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the parties reached a consent or it was agreed in the contract on the jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or related to a declared bankruptcy or lawsuits against more than one person and one of them had a place of residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

General court lawsuits:

  • Real estate issues (issues related to property ownership dispute or related rights, or a claim for damage from the property itself, or its beneficiaries, and eviction suits. or paying the rent or expropriation or restitution).
  • Issuance of real estate deeds or endowments.
  • Lawsuits arising from traffic accidents and violations stipulated in the traffic system and its implementing regulations.

Commercial Court lawsuits:

  • Lawsuits filed by companies, institutions or associations against one of the partners or members or from a partner or member against another.
  • Sanctions issued to executives as a result of the company’s business or profits.

Criminal Court Lawsuits:

  • Public money cases related to financial or tort crimes in public job including embezzlement, bribery, forgery and money laundering.
  • Criminal cases such as drugs, murder, human organs trade, the monument, fraud and granulation.
  • Follow up on the procedures of the Ministry of Interior (police stations – public prosecution – public security – criminal investigations – administrative investigations).

Family cases before the personal status courts:

  • All personal status and lawsuits arising from it (Proof of marriage and divorce, Donation issues, Self-protection, guardianship over money, dislocation, dissolution of marriage, back, The nursery, Alimony, the visit and Proof of lineage).
  • Issues of inheritance and inheritance division Including the property If it was conflict, Waqf share, will, a minor or absent.

Cases of quasi-judicial committees:

  • All issues in the Ministry of Finance, Monetary and Trade Corporation and others from government agencies The most important of which are financing, banking and financial issues, Customs, insurance, zakat and tax, Anti-dumping, Combating unfair competition.
  • Cases against existing companies or associations or in the process of liquidation or private institutions.
  • Contracting and engineering construction issues (which include issues of withdrawing bank guarantees and withdrawing projects).
  • All original and subordinate commercial disputes between merchants. Lawsuits filed against the merchant because of his original and subsidiary business.
  • Lawsuits and violations related to commercial regulations.
  • Bankruptcy suits and bankrupt reservation and lifting the reservation on the bankrupt.

Labor court cases:

  • Disputes related to work contracts, wages, rights, work injuries and compensation for them.
  • Disputes arising from dismissal from work and issues related to disciplinary sanctions or requesting exemption from them.
  • Disputes related to workers subject to the provisions of the labor system, including employees of the government and private sectors; and airlines and airport staff.

Cases of enforcement courts:

  • Executing judicial rulings issued by commercial and public courts, personal, labor conditions and judicial committees.
  • Executing all executive bonds. B-Administrative court cases:
  • Administrative contract issues (issues of with drawing bank guarantees, issues of with drawing projects and assigning them to another contractor, cases of late fines).
  • Administrative decisions cases against the administrative authorities (To violate the rules and regulations, lack of jurisdiction, and abuse of power).
  • Cases of medical errors against the Ministry of Health.

Second: The Legal Consulting and Studies Department.

  • Providing legal counselling and studies in the systemic, legal, legeslativ, commercial, banking, financial, administrative, civil, labor, criminal, and personal status cases.
  • Providing legal studies and researches, and also drafting and reviewing laws and regulations for companies and clients
  • Providing seminars and lectures to senior and other employees in corporations and companies regarding the laws that are implemented in the kingdom, and explaining the methods to deal with them

Third: Section for preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and regulations:

  • Preparing, reviewing and revising contracts, with the possibility of negotiating with others regarding their terms and requirements, and developind related solutions and proposals.
  • The ability to follow up the implementation of the agreements and verify the validity of the procedures followed legally, upon request.
  • Preparing internal regulations for organizing internal work in companies.

Fourth: Department of Business, Companies and Governance

The department’s services include the following:

  • Legal procedures for converting individual institutions into companies and vice versa – establishing companies – the preparations of founding contracts – amending or converting companies into closed or public joint stock companies.
